Terms of Service

MockVisaPrep provides simulated AI visa interview practice, feedback, and related tools for students and consultancies. Sessions are for preparation only and do not guarantee visa approval, immigration outcomes, or official advice from any government.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Consultancy admins are responsible for staff and student access they invite.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer systems, or violate these Terms.

Mock interviews may consume session credits. Prices, plans, and refund rules are shown at checkout or in your billing dashboard. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, purchased credits are non-transferable.

• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Do not use MockVisaPrep to mislead immigration authorities or fabricate official documents.
• Respect microphone/camera permissions and other users’ privacy in shared workspaces.

Officer questions, transcripts, and scores are generated or assisted by AI and may contain errors. Use feedback as practice guidance only. You remain responsible for your real interview preparation and disclosures.

MockVisaPrep branding, software, and content (except your own materials) remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to process it to provide the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OR THAT PRACTICE SCORES PREDICT REAL VISA RESULTS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MockVisaPrep and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for immigration decisions made by third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms or the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using MockVisaPrep at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.
